TULSA, Oklahoma -
Police arrest a 35-year-old Tulsa man in connection with the Monday, June 18th shooting death of Kenneth Hardrict.
Sgt. Dave Walker says during their investigation they developed enough evidence to arrest Rarue Caddy on a first-degree murder complaint.
He says Hardrict was shot multiple times in the chest while sitting in a car in the 300 block of West 46th Place North.
Tulsa's Fugitive Warrants squad took Caddy into custody at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Police booked him into the Tulsa County jail where is being held without bond.
In Caddy's arrest report, police say Caddy's girlfriend was able to identify Caddy as the shooter. In that report, the girlfriend says Caddy had ambushed and shot the victim in her home's driveway.
