We are back with Johnny Depp who is pulling back the curtain on his lifestyle as he faces a legal fight with his former money managers. Adrienne Bankert is here. He says he's been taken advantage of while the company who ripped the high-profile actor for years say he's a compulsive spender and a fraud. This morning there's another twist in the ongoing legal battle between Johnny Depp and his ex-money managers. Captain jack sparrow in you please. Reporter: The actor tells "Rolling stone" magazine accusations that he spent $30,000 a month on wine are absurd saying it's insulting to say that I spent $30,000 on wine because it was far more. Wow. Reporter: Depp is currently engaged in a legal battle with his former financial managers suing them for $25 million alleging they stole millions from him for nearly two decades. Tend to be late. Reporter: The managers have countersued saying Depp refused to take their financial advice alleging he spent more than $2 mill a month to maintain his lavish lifestyle including paying $3 million just to shoot author hunter S. Thompson's ashes out of a cannon. Not sure I deserve that. Reporter: Depp quoted by "Rolling stone" says it was not $3 million, it was $5 million. And Depp's representatives have not provided us a direct comment. Tmg, the management group dealing with his business, have a statement on their website saying Depp is their former longtime client and legal matters are ongoing. Sounds like a movie plot.
