Income tax cut plan passes Senate in all-or-nothing vote

The Government's grand plan to overhaul income tax passes the Parliament, clearing the Senate 37 votes to 33.
The Coalition refused to split up the bill despite Labor's opposition to the full package. It passed with the support of One Nation and Centre Alliance senators.
