Local Vernon shop owner wins 2018 Retail Ambassador of the year

The Retail Council of Canada chose Sierra Harris, owner of Birch Hill Studio in Vernon, as the 2018 Retail Ambassador of the Year. The shop sells Canadian made and designed clothing, jewelry and specialty gift items.
