FALL RIVER — Creative Arts Network Inc., C.A.N. will kick off the summer season with the second annual Waterfront Art & Music Festival on Saturday, June 23, from 1 to 8 p.m. on the Fall River Waterfront at Heritage State Park.

Throughout the day, enjoy live bands with a variety of music from Louie Leeman & Cheap Sneakers, Tropical Sensations, Back In The Day and the B.L.C. trio. Also featured will be a magic shows, a balloon artist, giant bubbles and giant puppets: “Bubbles the Fish,” “Jasper King of the Rag Dolls,” and “Hodge Podge,” and story time with Belle.

In addition to all this, there will be artist vendors set up with a variety of artisans.

Mark your calendars, pack a picnic and don’t forget your chair and blankets for a family friendly day of entertainment on the waterfront at DCR, Fall River Heritage Sate Park and support art, culture and community.
