BJP MLA, two others acquitted in 2010 protest case

A special court trying cases against public representatives today acquitted a BJP MLA and two others in connection with a 2010 case against them for staging a in front of the party office.

According to the Reddy, this is the first judgement by a special fast track court (in and Andhra Pradesh) set up on the direction of the for speedy trial of cases against lawmakers.
