TRS yet to decide strategy for RS Dy chairman election

The Rashtra Samiti (TRS) is yet to take a call on whom to support in the election to the post of Deputy of Rajya Sabha, a key said today.

Neither the BJP nor the has the required number to win the election for the post, which will fall vacant on July 2 with the retirement of P J Kurien.

Talks are on among the opposition parties to wrest the post, while the BJP has said that it would field its but favours a consensus.
