Actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan today met Congress President Rahul Gandhi at the latter's residence in New Delhi.
After meeting the Gandhi scion, the Tamil superstar said that it was a courteous meet. Haasan said that he expressed his wish to meet the Congress leader during their last interaction.
Both Haasan and Rahul discussed politics and the situation in Tamil Nadu. The actor also met Priyanka Vadra.
Rahul tweeted soon after his meeting with the actor-turned-politician.

Haasan, 62, took the plunge into politics in February this year by forming his own party Makkal Needhi Maiam.
Recently, Haasan extended his support for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal who held a sit-in protest at the Delhi LG Anil Baijal's residence asking IAS officers to call of their strike.
In the recent past, Haasan had met several political bigwigs like AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
