Former Gram Pradhan found dead in Raya locality

In a sensational triple murder in Mathura, a former gram pradhan along with two others were found dead in Raya locality of the district on early Tuesday morning. Some unknown persons sprayed them bullet sometime in the night and escaped. Local police reached the spot and sent both the bodies for post-mortem examination. They suspected some enmity behind the mysterious killing.

A case has been registered in this connection by them and further investigations are on. Reports said that villagers of Nagla Bharau hamlet of  Raya in Mathura were shocked when they found Sunder Singh Jat (45), and Bhawar Singh Jat (60) and former pradhan of the village Satya Prakash Jat (65), lying in pool of blood on  Tuesday morning. While Satya Prakash body was found lying in the fields, the other two were found dead outside their home. Sunder Singh and Bhawar Singh belong to the same family. SSP Prabhakar Chowdhary, who reached the spot along with local police claimed that initial investigation pointed that some personal dispute seems to be behind the killing. He said that some suspects were rounded up and they were trying to extract the motive behind the killing.
