All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Calling the bullet train extremely essential for India, Railway Board chairman Ashwani Lohani has said that the project would unleash technology-driven transportation in the country.

Addressing a press conference in Mumbai yesterday, Mr Lohani said the bullet train will be a medium of rapid transport that will run at par with air travel in terms of speed. He added that the railway was hopeful of completing the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Train Project by December 2022.
