The 2018 David Myers Memorial Scholarship was presented to Molly Triplett, a graduating senior of Tuscarawas Central Catholic High School in New Philadelphia.
Triplett plans to use the $1,500 scholarship to support studying for a career in orthodontics at Ohio State University. Triplett was student council president her senior year, a two-year member of the National Honor Society, volleyball and softball team captain and a Buckeye Girls State delegate. She also participated in numerous volunteer projects.
This was the 34th David Myers Memorial Scholarship, representing a total of $31,250 awarded.
