Ellis joins as chief culinary officer at Jumeirah Group

The new chief executive José Silva wants to refresh and elevate Jumeirah’s restaurant offerings throughout its luxury portfolio.

 

 

This will be the first move in materialising his dreams  of putting dining as the main focus of the company’s experience and projecting it as the strongest market differentiator.

 

 

 

Ellis had earlier served Michelin Restaurant & Hotel Guides as the  global director for Europe, Asia and the Americas.

 

 

Ellis has an unmatched understanding of destination restaurants he is focused on developing the new restaurant concepts that would attract the hone culinary talents along with the enhancement of the existing restaurants to the leading industry level.

 

 

 

Silva  stated that Michael and he shared  a deep passion for food and dining experiences. Michael is a renowned epicure with more than years of experience and has dedicated quality time in championing extraordinary food with dedication.

 

 

He was responsible for introducing dining and food experiences to new audiences across the globe.
