Game of Thrones' Alfie Allen joins Taika Waititi's JoJo Rabbit
Starring Alfie Allen, The Predator is due in NZ cinemas on September 13.
Game of Thrones' Alfie Allen is the latest actor to join Taika Waititi's JoJo Rabbit.
The 31-year-old, who plays Theon Greyjoy on the mega-popular fantasy series, is set to portray a Nazi in the black comedy which is currently shooting in Prague, reports Empire magazine.
Based on Christine Leunens' novel Caging Skies, the story sees it's Hitler Youth protagonist (Roman Griffin Davis) discover that his mother (Scarlett Johnasson) is harbouring a Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their house, with Waititi himself playing Jojo's imaginary friend, a "comedic" version of Hitler.
Allen will play Finkel, the second-in-command to Klenzendorf (Sam Rockwell), the captain of the youth camp that Jojo attends. Australian actress Rebel Wilson will play Fraulein Rahm, a brutish instructor.

Allen will next be seen onscreen battling the returning alien killers in The Predator, which is due in New Zealand cinemas on September 13.
JoJo Rabbit is scheduled for release in the first-half of 2019.
