New Delhi: Delhi High Court on Monday asked the lawyer of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) who authorised Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and three of his ministers to hold a sit-in at Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal's office residence.
Replying to the court the lawyers said that it was "an individual decision".
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and three of his ministers have been protesting at the guest room at L-G's residence.
Health Minister Satyendar Jain, who was on a hunger strike at the L-G's residence was rushed to the hospital late last evening after his health deteriorated.
The lawyer told the court that the IAS officers on Sunday accepted that they are not attending meetings called by the ministers.
