Creamed Spinach Chicken Bake
- 1 container cream cheese, softened
- 1 package baby spinach
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper
- In a small skillet melt butter and sauce the spinach with garlic salt.
- Add in half and half, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
- Allow the sauce to simmer.
- Season as needed.
- Place the chicken breasts in baking pan.
- Pour the creamed spinach over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
