KATHMANDU: Renowned neurosurgeon Dr Upendra Devkota, who was suffering from Bile Duct Cancer (Cholangiocarcinoma), has passed away at Neuro Hospital in Bansbari, this evening. He was 62.
Dr Devkota passed away around 5: 35 pm this evening, according to hospital source.
His mortal remains will be kept at the hospital premises from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm tomorrow for final tributes.
He is survived by his wife and three daughters.
