Five immigrants are dead and several others are injured, after a chase by U.S. border patrol agents ended with a crash in Texas.
It happened 90 miles north of the Mexican border on Sunday.
Officials say a Chevy Suburban was packed with 14 people and racing at speeds of 100 miles per hour when it swerved and tipped over.
DIMMIT COUNTY SHERIFF MARION BOYD SAYING: "There was several people ejected from the vehicle, the driver was not ejected the deputy found him sitting up right in the seat. he was able to get him out of the vehicle and the driver was actually walking." The driver has been arrested - it's not clear yet what charges he might face.
