Brazil vs Switzerland, Live Score, FIFA World Cup 2018: Zuber Equalises for Switzerland With Thumping Header

That was Switzerland's first effort on target in this match and while Brazil complain about a foul on Miranda, they have to raise their game against the Swiss who will have their tails up now. 

GOAL: Switzerland equalise through Zuber who was unmarked in the box and Shaqiri found him with a pinpoint pass. 1-1 in Rostov. 

Neymar picks it up in midfield and drives forward before combining with Coutinho, who plays it to Paulinho. The Barca man's pass to Gabriel Jesus is not the greatest. 

The second half has kicked off and Switzerland have given the ball away pretty early. 

The players are emerging from the tunnel for the second half. One expects more lively play from Willian on the right, while the stadium which is filled with huge numbers of Brazilian fans hope Neymar comes alive. The Swiss will hope Shaqiri can produce some more goal threats from their point of view.

Almost time for the first half to come to a close, and Switzerland for all their pressing high up have not been able to keep Brazil out. There have some glimpses of quality in attack but like the last through ball to Shaqiri they have been off target most of the times. Alisson has hardly had anything to do. At the other end Swiss defenders are keeping a close eye on Neymar and Jesus.

Switzerland have thankfully for them, not panicked after going a goal down. They have not been open up the resolute Brazilian defense but are not shy of pinging it forward in hope of a flick on or winning a second ball to make something happen. 

Neymar has tried to make the run on the left a couple of times from deep with the ball at his feet. But Behrami has so far managed to keep him quiet. The forward will get a lot of attention just like Lionel Messi did against Iceland. 

Neymar is getting a lot of close attention here from the Swiss, this time Lichsteiner brings him down at almost the same place from where Coutinho scored. Marcelo takes the free-kick and that's headed out for a corner. 

Switzerland's Rodriguez swings it in dangerously to the far post but Marcelo has it covered. The Swiss have pressed the Brazilian defense, but now following that lead is Neymar as he comes deep to help out in defense. Almost half an hour gone and the Swiss are having a hard time finding space through the Brazilians when they don't have the ball. Even Willian is retreating to help out defensively.

20 minutes through in this game and Brazil are in the ascendancy thanks to a piece of brilliance by Coutinho. Switzerland are trying to stitch together some passes and move forward but Granit Xhaka and Shaqiri are getting overrun in midfield so far in the game. Expect Casemiro to ensure the duo can't do too much damage. 

GOAL: It is an absolute screamer from Philippe Coutinho!! A trademark curling effort with the right foot into the top corner from the left hand side of the box. What a start by Brazil!!

Brazil are getting their passes and touches going in the final attacking third, but the final pass has been missing or not as effective yet against a disciplined Swiss outfit. 

Marcelo and Neymar stand over the free-kick, dead centre about 25 yards out. But the forwards meek attempt comes of the wall. 

Neymar is not shying away from the flicks and tricks, and of course the likes of Marcelo and Jesus also are going to bring similar things to the table. 

Chance: Paulinho takes a swipe with his right foot after Neymar squared it through the Swiss defense. Just crept outside at the far post. Neymar exchanging some good touches with Philippe Coutinho and Marcelo. 

After Rodriguez fails to get behind Thiago Silva, Danilo brings the ball out from the back but the move breaks down after showing potential for a counter-attack. Switzerland keeping shape defensively so far in the first ten minutes. 

Brazil with Willian on the right hand side were looking to create something after Granit Xhaka cynically stopped Neymar in the centre of the field. Willian's cross from the right was trademark hard hit into the box, but no one went for it. 

Neymar from the start has at least two or three players marking him on the left wing from where he likes to cut in on his favoured right foot. Neymar not impressed by the close attention. 

Switzerland showing they are very much here to give Brazil a solid game. First it was Rodriguez bombing up the left flank before Dzemaili's attempt was over Alisson's goal.

Brazil are being captained by Marcelo and not Neymar, who is according to Tite not a 100% fit but in good enough shape to make the playing eleven today.

Since Tite took over the reigns of the Brazilian team, not only have the become more organised all over the field, they have done well defensively. Tite, commonly known as 'The Professor' considered his team absolutely ready for the World Cup only after their 1-0 win against Germany - without Neymar.
