Five people were hospitalised on Sunday after the car they were in overturned in Triq Burmarrad at 3.30pm.
Their condition are not yet known.
The police said the car was being driven by a 52-year-old man from Marsa. His passengers were a 48-year-old woman from Marsa and a man, 70, and two women, 59 and 19, from Sta Luċija.
Assistance was requested from the Civil Protection Department to help the people out of the vehicle.
