Messi misses penalty as Iceland hold Argentina

Moscow - In their maiden FIFA World Cup, Iceland held tournament favourites Argentina to a 1-1 draw at the Otkrytie Arena in Moscow.

As it happened: Argentina 1-1 Iceland

After being sidelined for nearly three-months due to a knee injury, Sergio Aguero opened the scoring for the South American's with a cool finish in the penalty area.

Four minutes later, Iceland levelled matters as Alfred Finnbogason scored the nations first-ever Soccer World Cup goal.
