Munda visits Bagun Sumbrai

Former Chief Minister Arjun Munda on Friday went Tata Main Hospital ( TMH) to meet former Congress MP from Singbhum Bagun Sumbrai, who is critical following multi-organ failure. Munda went to intensive care unit where the veteran leader is being treated.  The former Chief Minister met senior officials of and asked them to ensure best treatment for the leader. He instructed the hospital authorities to take best care of the leader. He also wished Sumbrai speedy recovery.

5 criminals held in Garhwa

With the arresting of five criminals, Garhwa police busted of Guddu Khan gang, together with two murder cases have also been solved. Police also recovered large number of arms and ammunition from them. According to Garhwa SP Shivani Tiwari due to the police pressure Guddu surrendered before the court on June 11. When police took him on two days remand Guddu confessed the entire activities of Education loans through camps

The Central Bank of India (CBI), Kanke distributed student loans among 35 students of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ranchi during a camp set up by the bank on Friday. Regional Manager, Anil Kumar Milu, mentioned during the occasion that Central Bank of India has always played a major role in helping students out financially to sort out their education and career 

Blood donation camp

A blood donation camp was set up by the Ziqitza Healthcare Limited in association with Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in Ranchi on Thursday which received a huge response from the people of the city. As many as 200 people volunteered in the donation of blood and the blood collected was stored for the people who are in dire need of it. The campaign was also conducted to educate the people about the importance of blood 

SBPS shines in Taekwondo

Four pupils participated in the Second Kathmandu Open Taekwondo International Championship – 2018 held from May 18 to 20 and Ishu Prasad of Grade VIII bagged the silver medal in the senior category and made the country proud. As many as 8 pupils of SBPS have participated in the fourth Bhagwan Mahaveer Open International Taekwondo Championship – 2018 held at Jaipur from June 1 to 4 and 2 pupils namely Ishu Prasad of Grade VIII and Sakhi Bangar of Grade X have bagged Bronze 

Eid celebration at OPS

The students and teachers of the Oxford Public School, Ranchi celebrated Eid with a lot of enthusiasm. Speeches were delivered and the importance of the  festival was conveyed during the celebration. Students from standard VIth to VIIIth performed Qawwali and the Principal, Mr. Suraj Sharma, thanked all the participants and wished them on the occasion.
