MOREAU - A Wilton woman's blood alcohol level was allegedly nearly four times the legal limit when she was arrested June 10, according to State Police.
Police observed Kimberly P. Duggan's northbound, gray Mazda CX7 cross the middle line of Route 9 in Moreau, nearly striking southbound traffic.
Troopers said they pulled Duggan over and following standard field sobriety tests, she was arrested. Duggan was later found to have a BAC of 0.31 percent. The legal limit to drive is 0.08.
Duggan was charged with aggravated DWI. She is scheduled to appear in Moreau Town Court Thursday.
