Telugu version of COMMIT modules launched

HYDERABAD: In the contemporary world of work, which is characterised by an alert social and electronic media, there is a need for corresponding changes in the role of government employees, said C Chandramouli, IAS, secretary, Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). He was addressing the 2017 batch trainee IAS officers, group-I officers of Government of Telangana, section officers (SOs) and assistant section officers (ASOs) of the Central secretariat, and junior assistants at MCR HRD Institute of Telangana on Friday.
BP Acharya, IAS and special chief secretary & DG, MCR HRD Institute said while training is being imparted to employees from higher cadre effectively, there is a need for training their counterparts at lower levels. A total of 93 trainee ASOs of Central Secretariat, and 46 trainee junior assistants, who completed the e-Learning programme, received certificates from Chandramouli.
He also launched the Telugu version of the modules of COMMIT e-Learning programme, and inaugurated a Roof Top Solar Power Unit (705 KWP), installed on Godavari Block.
