The largest federal-workers union is attempting to block President Donald Trump from enforcing one of three executive orders issued in an effort to rewrite the rules between the government and its employees.
The American Federation of Government Employees said Friday that it filed a motion for a preliminary injunction this week in U.S. District Court asking a judge to stop the administration from carrying out an executive order intended to limit how much on-the-job time federal employees can spend on labor-union duties.
