Keep Wickliffe Beautiful earns President’s Circle Award

Keep Wickliffe Beautiful was one of the national Keep America Beautiful affiliates presented with the 2017 President’s Circle Award.

“The Keep Wickliffe Beautiful Commission is a group of hard working individuals whose goal is the keep our community clean and beautiful,” Program Director Patricia Fowler said in a news release. “Keep Wickliffe Beautiful is successful thanks to the volunteers who help with our litter prevention, recycling, and beautification programs.”

Keep Wickliffe Beautiful is celebrating 33 years as an affiliate.

To be eligible for the award, KAB affiliates must have an active Board of Directors; have an active executive director who attends six hours of training annually; submits reports and cost/benefit analysis; pays an annual affiliate fee; and implements a minimum of one activity in three impact areas — end littering, improve recycling and beautify communities.
