Dave Beers, 46, has spent hundreds of pounds on more than 30 flags to decorate the front of his terraced house in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.
The patriotic display - which includes bunting and a 10ft inflatable player - took Mr Beers and his cousin, Daz, five hours to put up.
Mr Beers said he thinks the team could win the tournament.
He said: "I think we can do it. You have to be confident don't you?
"We're underdogs for a change but anything can happen. I just wanted to show my support to England and I'm really looking forward to the tournament.

I'm proud of being English and thought this was a good way to back the lads in Russia
"It took about five hours to put up and all the neighbours love it. People have been stopping their cars to have pictures with it.
"It'll only come down once we get knocked out but if we win it I'll probably keep it up for a bit longer.
"I'm proud of being English and thought this was a good way to back the lads in Russia."
His cousin added: "We're both really patriotic and wanted to show our backing to the boys in Russia.
"Dave puts the flags up for every World Cup but this year he's gone a bit over the top.
"We think it looks great though and we've had a brilliant reaction - everyone loves it."
