LIVERPOOL star Mohamed Salah could end up playing alongside Lionel Messi next season, reports in Spain claim.
The Egypt international netted 44 goals in all competitions under Jurgen Klopp this season, with the winger picking up the Premier League Golden Boot.
Salah, 26, guided Liverpool to the Champions League final, where the Reds were dominated by Real Madrid in Kiev last month.
The ex-Chelsea ace has been linked with an Anfield exit in recent weeks, with Barcelona and Real Madrid tracking Salah.
And according to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, Nou Camp talisman Messi wants Barca to sign Salah this summer.
They say the Argentina international is keen for Barca to splash the cash following Antoine Griezmann’s decision to snub a move to the Nou Camp.
