The city of Albany planning department and Chazen Companies are holding a public meeting Monday, June 25, to talk about improvements along New Scotland Avenue.

The discussion will focus on the area between Ontario and Quail Streets. Possible changes could include new lighting, curbing and sidewalks and better pedestrian crossings, according to the Facebook event.

The meeting will take place at First Congregational Church of Albany on Quail Street from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
