LUCKNOW: Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists, who abducted and killed Indian Army Rifleman Aurangzeb on Thursday, had filmed his gruelling torture in the forests of Gusoo in Jammu & Kashmir's Pulwama district. The terrorists released the video on Friday.

In the video, the terrorists can be heard saying they have abducted him to avenge the killing of their man Wasim Shah in October 2017. The terrorists use a combination of Urdu and Hindi to communicate with Aurganzeb.

Aurangzeb belonged to the shepherd-dominated region of Poonch where Muslims largely speak Hindi.

The terrorists can be heard repeatedly asking him his designation, duration of posting and the name of his supervising officer, "Who do you roam with? Some Major Shukla." To which he politely replies, "My father's name is Mohamad Haneef. I come from Poonch. Yes, I report to Major Shukla."

They also ask him if he was part of the Army unit that carried out the encounter against Shah.

Aurangzeb was part of several operations led by 44 Rashtriya Rifles, in which Hizb terrorist Sameer Tiger was killed on April 30, and five more, including 'commander' Saddam Paddar, were eliminated.
