 Normal life has been badly affected in Manipur by flash flood following incessant rain. Major rivers passing through the valley districts are flowing at danger level and at some locations river banks have been breached.
Low lying areas of the valley districts including government offices and educational institutions got partially submerged in Imphal East, Imphal West, Bishnupur and Thoubal Districts.
