BMW’s Individual Treatment Is More Than Just A Special Paintjob

For over 25 years, BMW Individual Manufaktur offers its special services to customers that want a more unique and even one-of-one BMW in their driveway.

The Bavarian car maker’s personalization department claims that there are hardly any limits to the individualization of your new BMW.

To showcase the range of possibilities BMW Individual takes us for a tour around the special M760Li “Inspired by Nautor’s Swan”, which is one of the most iconic sailing boat yards in the world.

The special 7-Series was created to celebrate 25 years of BMW Individual, featuring many bespoke touches inside and out. The bodywork is finished in the special Damask Red, with the boot lid featuring Nautor’s Swan arrow and the brake calipers being color-matched to the exterior.

Inside the cabin you’ll find as promised a unique atmosphere, revealing instantly the yachting inspiration of this special project. BMW Individual takes full leather interior to the next level, with top-quality leather trim covering the A and B pillars, seat trims, door sills and the instrument panel’s side covers. A two-tone fine-grain Merino leather interior in smoke white and Criollo Brown is chosen for this particular M760Li.

In addition, teak panels finished with a fine layer of rubber are featured in interior trims, floor mats and entry sills, portraying just how far you can go with the personalization options.

Thought that BMW Individual was just a fancy paint job? Think again.
