OKLAHOMA CITY -
The homicide victim found in June in a northwest Oklahoma City backyard has been identified, police said.
Jacalyn Elizabeth Russell, 31, was identified as the person found on June 6 in the backyard of a home in the 2200 block of NW 34.
Police arrested Jimmy Vongphakdy, 36, on a complaint of first-degree murder after receiving a tip about a body at the residence.
