HC to hear on Monday plea against CM Kejriwal's strike

The High Court today agreed to hear on June 18 a plea seeking to declare the sit-in by and his cabinet colleagues as unconstitutional and illegal.

The plea filed by petitioner sought direction for discharging the chief ministerial obligations and responsibilities as the entire functioning of the office of National Capital Territory (NCT) of has been brought to a "stand still" since the sit-in started.
