Legendary Actress Sherihan criticized social media platform Instagram and its management because they deleted a fan made video that she re-posted to her official Instagram account without telling her the reasons for deleting it.
This not the first time that such an incident happens to the Egyptian peroformer, as a similiar video with Palestinian Activist Ahed Al Tamimi was deleted from her account earlier.
Sherihan did not stay silent over what happened and vented out in an Instagram post written in Arabic, in which she demanded the social media platform officals to tell her the reasons behind deleting the videos, considering what happened inappropriate especially that the content of the second video that was deleted was a tribute to her career.
In the end of the post she demanded the application to text her as soon as possible and she asked her followers about the way she can directly contact application representatives. Will the message written in Arabic reach Instagram officials?
