Pilot Butte residents given 90 days to dig a swale in their yards to help with drainage

Less than a year after some Pilot Butte residents were finally able to develop their backyards, the town has reversed its decision. Instead, these homeowners now have 90 days to dig a swale to help with drainage. It’s the latest incident in a three year battle. Colton Praill reports.
