The 3rd annual Rational Combinations 360°, organized by the Conference Forum, presents a two day agenda providing the most up-to-date research, data and progress to help IO stakeholders fight a wider range of cancers.

The Conference Forum announced the agenda and speaking faculty for the 3rd Annual Rational Combinations 360° event, scheduled for September 13-14, 2018 at the Wyndham Philadelphia. The speaking faculty is committed to covering a 360° comprehensive view on business aspects, clinical advancements and scientific data for immuno-oncology combination strategies to help IO stakeholders fight a wider range of cancers.
Keynoting is Dr Steven Rosenberg, Chief of Surgery Branch, the National Cancer Institute who will discuss cancer immunotherapy using the adoptive cell transfer of autologous lymphocytes with antitumor activity with an emphasis on the identification of T-cells that recognize the products of mutations unique to the individual patient’s cancer.
Rational Combinations 360° will also feature Dr Jason Luke, the University of Chicago, who will provide a full analysis and lessons learned on the recent IDO plus Keytruda combination trial.
Lead Advisors Dr Patrick Hwu, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr Axel Hoos, GSK and Dr Ian McCaffery, Janssen chair the third annual Rational Combinations 360° event. They will be joined by a number of distinguished speakers including, but not limited to, Dr Roy Baynes of Merck, Dr Daniel Chen of Genentech, Dr Amanda Bruno of GSK, Dr Philip Gotwals of Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, Dr Michael Kalos of Janssen Oncology, Dr Maria Jure Kunkel of Medimmune, and Dr Ke Liu of the FDA.
The conference includes seven plenary sessions with data presentations and panel discussions on Discovery/Preclinical Science, Translational Science, Biomarkers and Diagnostics, Clinical Operations and Development, Business Aspects, Financial and Commercial Implications and Emerging Technologies.
