Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and National Defence Fund(NDF)

All donations towards the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund(PMNRF) and the National Defence Fund(NDF) are notified for 100% deduction from taxable income under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act,1961

In Tamilnadu, the Madras High Court gave a split verdict today on the disqualification of the 18 MLAs who withdrew support to Chief Minister Edappadi led AIADMK government.

The first bench of the Madras High Court delivered the reserved verdict on the case today. Chief Justice Indira Banerjee has upheld the disqualification while Justice Sundar cancelled the disqualification of the 18 MLAs thereby transferring the case to a third Judge.

Already an interim order states that the state cannot opt for a by election in the 18 constituencies.
