The Marsa council has approved a by-law prohibiting loitering.
It is the second by-law approved by the council, following another prohibiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages on the locality’s roads.
The council said it will continue to provide the forces of law and order with the necessary tools to take action to curb illegalities.
