GlobalLogic Inc., a digital product engineering services provider, announced the appointment of services industry veteran, Nitesh Banga, as its chief operating officer.

Effective immediately, Banga will assume responsibility for all delivery, operations, talent recruitment and management, and information technology. He will be responsible for the alignment and prioritisation of GlobalLogic's investments- enabling growth, consistency, efficiency, and ensuring worldwide operational excellence across the company.
Prior to his appointment, Banga was the senior vice president and global head of the manufacturing business at Infosys, as well as member of the board of their EdgeVerve software subsidiary.
The company recently announced that Partners Group (acting on behalf of its clients) bought a stake in GlobalLogic Inc. from funds advised by private equity firm, Apa.
