* At 206 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen over a large area and another one to three inches
are possible. Flash flooding is occurring or is imminent.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Elk City, Clinton, Sayre, Arapaho, Hammon, Canute, Butler, Foss,
Foss Reservoir, Stafford and Berlin.
