BICHOLIM: Aggrieved over an acute
water shortage in
Bicholim since the last six months, Bicholim Municipal Council officials met PWD minister Ramkrishna Dhavalikar at
Panaji on Wednesday. Dhavalikar said that frequent
power cuts has affected pumping of water, resulting in shortage.
