Restless Development, an international organisation working on social and gender issues announced their operational expansion in Ranchi at an event
on Monday. The event was attended by various local and national civil society organisations, donor agencies, partners and government officials. The organisation also launched its new project for ‘Building a Youth-led Movement for Gender Equality and Family Planning’ supported by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The project aims to train and support young leaders in India and Tanzania to build initiatives and demonstrate a youth-led advocacy model for Sustainable Development Goal 5 and Family Planning 2020. panel discussion was also held among the experts who concluded that the youth need to be the focal point for development, especially for sexual and reproductive health and rights in
Jharkhand.
