COIMBATORE: REGISTRATION of online applications for MBA and MCA single-window counselling will begin on Wednesday. While the last date for registration of online applications is July 12, the filled-in applications should reach the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore, which is conducting the counselling, latest by 5 pm on July 16.
As the number of students is not high, the counselling will be direct and there will be no online counselling as in the case of Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission, said a GCT official.
Meanwhile, the government has decided to conduct supplementary counselling for MBA and MCA programmes also. A large number of seats in the government quota for these courses have remained vacant in recent years after the regular counselling, the official pointed out.
