A man playing his music too loud ended up with a bloody noggin after his roommate threatened him early today, police said.
Cape Coral police said Jose Olivarez-Cuetara, 58, of Cape Coral, was upset with his roommate and grabbed a kitchen knife, threatening his roommate.
The roommate fell and hit his head, causing a laceration.
Police arrested Olivarez-Cuetara. He remained at the Lee County Jail on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
No bond had been set as of this morning. He is due in court on July 16.
