Health Minister holds review meet in Garhwa

Health Minister Ramchandra Chandravanshi today chaired a review meeting with the officials of various departments here on Monday.  He expressed dissatisfaction over the functioning of the District Mining Officer due to non-stop brick kilns running in the district and directed concerned Block Development Officers and Circle Officers to submit the list of all brick kiln within 2 days.

The Minister also directed to hold a camp at  Bardiha block and complete the formalities for all types pensions including Old Age Pension, disability pension etc. He said that there was an outrage against the Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer of the Electricity Department, due to not installation of wire and poles in several villages in Kandi ,Bardiha and Majhiaon blocks of the district.  DC Neha Arora instructed the department to install wires and poles before the rainy season. She instructed Executive Engineer of Electricity Department to change six transformers immediately.

The Minister also instructed to give gas connection to all the beneficiaries under Ujjwala Yojna and also directed to take action against the gas agency that was giving connection to beneficiaries after taking money. The minister directed the Deputy Development Commissioner and Sub-Divisional Officer to remove illegal occupation at Khajuri Health Center within a week.
