Arsenal transfer news: Lucas Torreira talks underway, goalkeeper eyed - David Ornstein
ARSENAL are in talks to sign Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira, according to fan favourite David Ornstein.

The Gunners have recently been heavily linked with the Uruguayan, who is set to showcase his talents at the World Cup later this month.
Torreira has impressed after a successful season in Serie A, leading to both Arsenal and Napoli chasing his signature.
But according to Ornstein, Unai Emery's side are already in talks for the 22-year-old.
"As widely reported Arsenal in talks to sign Sampdoria midfielder Lucas Torreira," he tweeted.
"No agreement but central midfield a priority & 22yo Uruguay int’l seen as ideal fit technically + financially."

Torreira has a €25m (£22m) release clause at Sampdoria, which must be paid in full up until 60 days after the transfer is confirmed.
However, reports suggest Arsenal are looking to avoid paying the fee up front.
The Gunners are willing to pay €30m (26m) in order to split the transfer sum into instalments over a period of years.
As mentioned, Napoli are also chasing Torreira this summer.
Ornstein also admitted that Sokratis Papastathopoulos had agreed a deal with Arsenal but will not be announced until July.
Emery is also said to be chasing a goalkeeper this summer.
"#AFC also want a GK after defensive signings of Lichtsteiner & Sokratis (announced July)," Ornstein added.
Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Bernd Leno has been touted as a potential new arrival at the Emirates this summer.
