CHENNAI : In an attack between members of Perumbakkam slum clearance quarters and Semmenchery tsunami quarters, three persons were seriously injured and public properties were damaged. Semmenchery police arrested eight men on charges of assault. According to the police, the accused T Sundar (22), R Naveen (19), R Arun (20), S Gopi (20), P Dilli Ganesh, R Suresh (19), S Balaji (20) and a juvenile were involved in attacking the public allegedly over a petty issue of job that happened a month ago.
