Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that CRISIL has assigned the rating of 'CRISIL A1+' to the Commercial Paper programme of the Company for an enhanced amount of Rs. 3000 crore (enhanced from Rs. 2500 crore to Rs. 3000 crore); andICRA vide its letter dated 11 June 2018 has assigned the rating of '[ICRA] A1+' to the Commercial Paper programme of the Company for an enhanced amount of Rs. 3000 crore (enhanced from Rs. 2500 crore to Rs. 3000 crore).
It may kindly be noted that the aggregate rating amount for Commercial Paper programme of the Company shall remain at Rs. 3000 crore.
Further, CRISIL, vide its letter dated 11 June 2018, has re-affirmed the ratings for the revised amount of bank facilities.
