Yogi Adityanath will inaugurated seminar on Social Media hub

Realising the importance of social media in speedy disseminating of information across the country, the Yogi government will organize a two-day seminar on ‘Use of Social media in publicizing government schemes’ starting from Tuesday evening. The seminar will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who will also inaugurate Social Media hub. 

A government spokesman said that the focus of this seminar would be on how to use social media in publicity of government schemes and what could be its impact. 

“Social media is the in-thing now and at times mis-information campaign goes on against the government on social media. The focus hence would be on turning this negative feeling into a positive one,” the spokesman said.

Experts in this field including CEO mygov.in, Arvind Gupta, Director, Grey Matters Communication Dr Navneet Anand and Tanmay Shankar will talk about influence of social media.

Beside the CM, Minister of state for Information Neelkanth Tiwari and government spokesmen Dr Sidharthnath Singh and Srikant Sharma will speak on the occasion. The seminar will end on Wednesday.
