After a scorching weekend, things will cool down a bit in Longmont today as forecasters with the National Weather Service say temperatures should top out at 84 under sunny skies.
Tonight's low should drop down to about 52.
Tuesday's forecast is similar, with mostly sunny conditions expected and a high of 84.
By Wednesday and Thursday, though, we should be back into the low 90s, with highs of 92 forecast for Wednesday and a high of 94 on Thursday. There's a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms on Thursday night, as well.
Friday's high should be about 90, with another slight chance of rain in the afternoon.
